Samsung expands its rugged tablet lineup with the launch of the Galaxy Tab Active 5 in India. The 5G-enabled device features military-grade durability and supports the S Pen for enhanced productivity. The enterprise edition also comes bundled with a subscription to the Knox Suite, Samsung’s advanced security and device management platform for businesses.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5: Price and Availability
The rugged Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 is priced at ₹49,999 and is currently available for pre-order on Samsung.com. The Enterprise Edition of the tablet comes with an industry-leading 36-month warranty (12 months for the battery) and is pre-installed with Android 15, with guaranteed OS upgrades for up to 7 years (up to version 21). Samsung stands out as one of the few brands offering such an extensive warranty in this category. Support for Extended Warranty and Accidental Damage Protection (ADD) plans will be introduced soon. Furthermore, the tablet includes a complimentary 12-month subscription to the Knox Suite Enterprise Security Platform, valued at ₹4,515, providing robust security and device management capabilities for enterprise users.
