Samsung launched Galaxy S25 Edge: Its Slimmest and Most Advanced Flagship Yet

Samsung officially launched the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13. Touted as the brand’s slimmest smartphone to date, the device sports a sleek titanium frame, measuring just 5.8mm thick and weighing a mere 163 grams, aligning with the growing trend of ultra-thin smartphones.

Display & Performance

The Galaxy S25 Edge features a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering a vibrant and ultra-smooth visual experience. Under the hood, the device is powered by the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the same processor that debuted with the Galaxy S25 series earlier this year.

TM Roh, President and Head of Samsung’s Device eXperience Division, remarked:

“Galaxy S25 Edge isn’t just a slim phone—it’s a testament to our engineering excellence, pushing boundaries to bring premium, innovative experiences to users worldwide.”

Camera Capabilities

The Galaxy S25 Edge comes equipped with a powerful camera setup, headlined by a 200MP primary sensor with 2x optical in-sensor zoom. It also includes a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 12MP front-facing camera, making it well-suited for both photography enthusiasts and content creators.

Battery Life

While the S25 Edge is packed with high-end features, its 3,900mAh battery is the most compact in the S25 series—smaller than the 4,000mAh unit in the standard S25 and the 4,900mAh battery in the S25 Plus.
