CMF by Nothing has officially unveiled its latest wearable — the CMF Watch 3 Pro. At first impression, it positions itself as a strong contender in the budget smartwatch segment. While many affordable options compromise on fitness tracking to reduce costs, this device aims to offer both robust features and stylish design without cutting corners. Priced at $99 in the US, £99 in the UK, and €99 in Europe, it includes premium functionalities typically found in higher-end models, such as dual-band GPS, AI-powered workout summaries, and integrated ChatGPT support.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro features a larger 1.43-inch AMOLED display with Always-On functionality and slimmer bezels than its predecessor. It retains a premium metal body and offers IP68-rated dust and water resistance. Available in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and a striking Orange, the watch also provides over 120 watch faces—including animated ones—offering ample customization to suit a variety of user preferences

When it comes to fitness and health tracking, the CMF Watch 3 Pro introduces a new four-channel heart rate sensor designed to deliver improved accuracy across different skin tones and workout intensities. A standout upgrade is the inclusion of dual-band, five-system GPS for more precise tracking during outdoor runs and cycling. The smartwatch also supports over 130 sports modes, along with blood oxygen monitoring, stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, and women’s health features.

A key highlight is the AI-powered post-workout summary, which offers insights into training load, recovery duration, and projected performance for 5K and 10K runs. It also automatically detects seven core activities, eliminating the need to manually start a workout session each time.

When it comes to smart features, CMF has packed in some impressive additions. Users can interact with ChatGPT directly from their wrist (with a connected smartphone), record voice notes with automatic transcription, and stay updated with daily news summaries via the Essential News tool. The watch also supports Bluetooth calling, now enhanced with an additional microphone for improved call clarity.

Battery life is another highlight, with CMF claiming the Watch 3 Pro can run for up to 13 days on a single charge, or around 4.5 days with all features active. Recharging from 0 to 100% takes approximately 99 minutes.

While this is a global launch, CMF has yet to confirm when the Watch 3 Pro will make its debut in India. However, it likely won’t be a long wait—especially considering last year’s CMF Watch Pro 2 launched in India starting at ₹4,999. The real question now is: what price tag will CMF put on the Watch 3 Pro this time?
