Today, UK-based smartphone maker Nothing unveiled two new products: the Nothing Phone 3 and the Headphone 1. While the next-generation smartphone took center stage, the Headphone 1 also turned heads with its unique design. Beyond its striking look, the headphones offer impressive features that could appeal to many buyers. Notably, Nothing has partnered with KEF this year to elevate audio quality — and the Headphone 1 is the first product to showcase this collaboration.
Along with the launch of the Nothing Headphone 1, the company also introduced the Nothing X app, which lets users personalize their listening experience through equalizer settings and by toggling between ANC and transparency modes. Here’s what the Nothing Headphone 1 brings to the table for users.

Nothing Headphone 1: Key Specs and Details
The Nothing Headphone 1 showcases the brand’s signature transparent design on the earcups, combining aluminium and PU memory foam for a durable yet comfortable build. They’re equipped with a custom 40mm dynamic driver encased in an 8.9mm PU surround that helps block out unwanted noise. Users also get advanced hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and a Transparency Mode, making it easy to switch between full noise isolation and staying aware of their environment.
The Nothing Headphone 1 packs user-focused features for an immersive audio experience, including adaptive bass enhancement, spatial audio for a 3D soundstage effect, and dynamic head tracking. It also comes with four built-in microphones and AI-powered Clear Voice technology to ensure crystal-clear calls without background noise. For high-resolution audio, the headphones support LDAC, USB-C audio, and a 3.5mm jack, and they’re certified for Hi-Res Wireless with 24-bit/96kHz audio quality. Battery life is impressive too, with up to 35 hours of playback with Active Noise Cancellation on, and up to 80 hours when ANC is turned off.
